MindSeek
Our Story

A differentprediction path.

MindSeek started in 2025 as a research reaction — against autocomplete as a proxy for intelligence, and for machines that understand the world they act in. We are building in the open through 2026, with a public launch at the end of the year.

Early 2025Chapter 01 · Origin

The autocomplete ceiling

A small group of engineers and operators kept hitting the same wall: language models could describe the world fluently, yet stalled the moment they had to act inside it. Token prediction was not understanding. The first MindSeek sketches argued for a different stack — one that watched, moved and reasoned, instead of merely completing.

Mid 2025Chapter 02 · Founded

From thesis to team

MindSeek was founded around a single thesis: the next decade of AI will be defined by systems that perceive, plan and act — not by larger chat models. The team came together around spatial world models, agentic loops and a refusal to ship anything that could not be supervised, audited and reversed.

Late 2025 → 2026Chapter 03 · Building

Problems in, systems out

Through the build year, we are pressure-testing the operating model with design partners in logistics, healthcare and energy: take a real operational problem, frame it as a system specification, and prove the loop — perception, reasoning, agentic action, feedback — can close in production, not just in demos.

End of 2026Chapter 04 · Launch

An ecosystem, not a chatbot

Public launch: a composable ecosystem of models, agents and APIs that plug into your stack — embodied where it must be, auditable everywhere. The mission stays the same as the day we started: turn messy real-world problems into reliable, AI-enabled systems, with humans firmly in the loop.

Next chapter: the ecosystem.
